What kinds of cases can Teton County Access to Justice Center help with?
The Teton County Access to Justice Center can provide legal representation in the following matters:
- Family law: domestic violence, divorce, custody, guardianship and others;
- Consumer/debt problems, including bankruptcy, garnishment, collection, repossession and others;
- Housing law, including foreclosures, evictions, landlord/tenant issues and others;
- Problems with programs like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, and other government benefits;
- Real estate, deeds & title questions, property transfers, zoning issues
- Wills, living wills, trusts, power of attorney
The Teton County Access to Justice Center cannot provide legal representation in the following matters:
- Cases seeking tort damages
- Criminal defense
- Cases against public agencies or political subdivisions seeking to change existing rules, regulations and policies
- Appeals
- Federal court cases
- Immigration issues

The Teton County Law Library is a public library, and has a vast collection of legal reference material and free access to WestLaw online legal database.
It is open Mondays-Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm and is located in the lower level of 185 S. Willow, Jackson, Wyoming.
