The Teton County Access to Justice Center provides free, high quality civil legal services to eligible low-income individuals.

The Teton County Access to Justice Center offers free legal information, advice, and other civil legal services to low-income individuals residing, working, or who have court case in Teton, Sublette, or Lincoln County. Our goal is to provide access to legal representation and justice to every individual, irrespective of their income, in matters concerning housing, food, income, safety, healthcare, and more.

FREE LEGAL INFORMATION SESSIONS

Free legal information sessions are held the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 2–4 p.m. at the Teton County Library main branch, 125 Virginian Lane in Jackson.

We can help with civil legal services such as domestic law, custody, housing, employment, real estate and more.

ELIGIBILITY

To determine eligibility, several factors are taken into consideration, such as location, income, and assets. Our services are limited to civil law matters only.
